There are several ways to appreciate wine. One can look at its eyes (transparency, brightness, color), nose (fruity, floral, vegetal, spicy, woody, etc), palate (attack, mid-palate, finish), and legs (width, density) yet, in the end, it boils down to a matter of taste. Much like finding a mate, no?
